น้ำมันตับปลาคืออะไร?
น้ำมันตับปลา(Cod liver oil) เป็นน้ำมันที่สกัดมาจากตับของปลาค็อด (Cod) ซึ่งเป็นปลาทะเล ที่มีชื่อทางวิทยาศาสตร์ว่า Gadus morhua อยู่ในวงศ์ Gadidae หรือ สกัดมาจากตับของปลาชนิดอื่นๆที่อยู่ในวงศ์เดียวกัน เช่น ปลา Haddock และ ปลา Whiting
