Take one capsule daily and in cases of prolonged UV exposure take a second capsule approximately 4 hours later.

Do not use as a subsitute for topical sunscreen application.

Active Ingredients: Fernblock, 480mg: Photoprotective and antioxidant activity, protection of cellular DNA and immunological function. Positive effect skin architecture.
Vitamin D, 5µ g: General health benefits.
Vitamins C & E: Enhances the broad-spectrum antioxidant activity.
Lutein: Provides ocular photoprotection.
Licopene: Provides protection against erythema.
